UNI/CARE has operated under the same name, the same ownership structure and the same Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1981.

UNI/CARE is committed to continuous improvement. The company's yearly investment in research and development (R&D) amounts to no less than 20% of its gross revenues.

UNI/CARE has demonstrated an ability to seek and retain qualified staff. Except for employees hired to fill newly developed positions, our company, has retained its employees for an average of seven years, ranging from five to twenty years of employment.

UNI/CARE is actively involved in providing educational material and workshops to the marketplace. Our publication "the UNI/CARE perspective" provides valuable information and is sent at no charge to large number of organizations. UNI/CARE is also active in a variety of industry associations and contributes through membership fees and/or sponsorship of events and conferences.
