Care Coordination
The Care Coordination component of Pro-FilerTM 2011 is an Enterprise Platform designed to support the information requirements of human service organizations providing case management services. Pro-Filer’s service-oriented architecture (SOA) aligns with the Microsoft Connected Health and Human Services (HHS) framework and incorporates the Microsoft CRM business management solution.
The platform is unique in its foundational architecture which accurately and efficiently models the flow of data processed from our four Lines of Services offerings: Public Health, Behavioral Health, Child & Family Services, and Corrections & Rehabilitative Services to a global case management framework.
Our goal is to provide the technologies, tools and functionality on a single platform to deliver a unified, secure electronic health record connected to a human service enterprise case management system.
