UNI/CARE announces integration of PhoneTree® with Pro-Filer™ to offer automated phone messaging services to its customersSarasota, Florida, October 3, 2005 – UNI/CARE Systems, Inc., one of the leading providers of software and related services for the behavioral health care industry, announces the integration of PhoneTree®, an automated patient messaging system, with UNI/CARE’s Pro-Filer™ information system.

PhoneTree® can automatically deliver messages to delinquent accounts, confirm appointments, provide appointment reminders, and notify consumers of special events, such as regular check-ups or provider conflicts — using a Pro-Filer™ report generated by UNI/CARE customers. It also allows consumers to interact with the phone system to confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments at the touch of a button.

In addition, PhoneTree® supports multi-lingual messaging and email messaging. The automated system can be implemented in a matter of minutes on a regular LAN line and/or using the new Voice-Over-IP technology delivering 50-60 calls per hour, per line.

PhoneTree® will allow UNI/CARE customers to increase cash flow by reducing no-shows, increasing the ratio of delivered services to consumers, managing staff workload, decreasing overhead costs, and speeding the receivables collection process.
