With over 25 years of experience UNI/CARE has developed a service methodology that revolves around the following principles:

     

  The knowledge of the importance of communication with customers. With adequate communication, many issues can be identified and resolved before they reach a crisis stage.
The ability to listen objectively to a customer's perspective on reported issues. It is always more effective to understand the perspective as defined by the customer and subsequently develop an action plan aimed at resolving the issues.
The development of a long-term partnership with the customer. Resolving issues in isolation of the customer's environmental culture can only lead to sporadic customer satisfaction.
