Support & Technical Services

Software & Technical Support Services are offered 24 hours, 7 days a week. Support is available by telephone, email, direct CPU connection and our Customer Support web site. To ensure that all requests for support have adequate follow-up and subsequent communication with the customer, UNI/CARE has implemented an internal monitoring system. Every customer request for support and the identified resolution is logged into a support system.

A customer web site is enabled with a secure login allowing access to a wide variety of information. The web site is developed to serve as an information forum for our customers, and offers sections for frequently asked questions, software downloads, information updates, application reports, a knowledge base, a discussion board, the National Users' Group, and a customized section for each customer allowing for specialized communications.
